Low Rent Public Housing Program

Low Rent Public Housing

HADCO's first affordable housing program is comprised of dwelling units owned and managed by HADCO under the federal regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Low Rent Public Housing Program.  This program allows families to move into a HADCO owned unit and pay rent based on 30% of their adjusted household income. The assistance stays with the unit and does not allow for mobility to other landlords. HADCO has units in Reedsport, Yoncalla, Oakland, Roseburg, Winston and Riddle. Specific information on these sites may be located to your left.  The eligibility criteria for all of the sites is the same. Interested families income must not exceed 80% of the area median income and they must pass the screening criteria for the program.
