This site has a playground, activity center for residents and is located next to a Junior High school and our administrative office. There are washer/dryer hook ups, storage sheds, a range and refrigerator. The water, sewer and garbage are provided. The electricity through Pacific Power and the gas through AVISTA are the responsibility of the renter.
