Rainbow Villa and Three Rivers Villa are centrally located in Reedsport, Oregon in close proximity to schools and stores. The first location is one bedroom units along Winchester Ave and the other is two through four bedroom units located along Juniper Street. The wait list for this site is closed as of November 9, 2022.  There are washer/dryer hook ups, a range and refrigerator and the water, sewer and garbage are paid by HADCO.  The electricity through Central Lincoln PUD is the responsibility of the renter. 

 

Riddle Public Housing

Nickle Mountain Homes is centrally located in Riddle, Oregon at 111 SW Park Street, in close proximity to the schools and library. This complex has a one bedroom ADA unit, three two bedroom units, and four three bedroom units. All units have washer/dryer hook ups, ranges and refrigerators. The water, sewer and garbage are supplied by HADCO. The electricity through Pacific Power and the gas through AVISTA are the responsibility of the renter. The wait list for this site is closed as of November 9, 2022. 

Winston Gardens

Winston Gardens is comprised of 16 units located at 101 Ford Street, Winston, Oregon.  These units range from one to four bedroom units in size and have storage sheds as well. The water, sewer and garbage is provided along with washer/dryer hook ups, range and refrigerator. The electricity through Pacific Power and the gas through AVISTA are the responsibility of the resident. The wait list for this site is closed as of November 9, 2022. 

 

Roseburg Housing

Rosewood Homes is located at 902 W. Stanton Street, Roseburg, Oregon and is comprised of 60 units (duplexes) with one, two, three and four bedroom units. This site has a playground, activity center for residents and is located next to a Junior High school and our administrative office. There are washer/dryer hook ups, storage sheds, a range and refrigerator. The water, sewer and garbage are provided. The electricity through Pacific Power and the gas through AVISTA are the responsibility of the renter. The wait list for this site is closed as of November 9, 2022. 

Oakland Housing

Oakland Terrace is located on the outskirts of Oakland at 1101 Oak Street, Oakland,Oregon 97462. This eight unit complex has a one bedroom ADA unit, three two bedroom units, and four three bedroom units along with a playground for residents. All units have washer/dryer hookups with a range and refrigerator. The gas utility through AVISTA and the electricity through Pacific Power are the responsibility of the resident.The wait list for this site is closed as of November 9, 2022. 

Yoncalla one bedroom units

Applegate Village is centrally located in Yoncalla, Oregon in close proximity to schools, stores and the library. There are a total of fifteen units with nine one bedroom units located along Alder Street and six two and three bedroom units located across town by the school along Tenth Street.  The water, sewer and garbage is provided along with washer/dryer hook ups, refrigerator and a range. The electricity is through Douglas Electric and is the responsibility of the renter. The wait list for this site is closed as of November 9, 2022.

HADCO's application to convert all public housing units to tenant-based Section 8 was resubmitted to HUD on February 23, 2024. HUD will make a decision on the application within 90 days. Copies of the application are available for review below. 

The AMP1 application covers Drain, Riddle, Roseburg, Winston, and Yoncalla public housing. The AMP2 application covers Reedsport public housing. 

Blueridge Apartment

The Section 8 Housing Program is a popular program where HADCO pays a portion of the rent directly to a landlord on behalf of the participant. HADCO currently has 641 Family Choice Vouchers  and 111 VASH Vouchers (for Veterans) available for Douglas County residents. There is a waitlist for this program.

Orchard Knoll Apartments

HADCO expanded their affordable housing portfolio in the late 1990's and early 2000's with the addition of the Orchard Knoll,  Vine Street, Forest Village, Gateway Village, Glenhaven and Blueridge Apartments. The management of these affordable housing programs is currently handled by the Douglas Multi-Family Property Management Corporation.
