Public Housing Conversion Application Resubmitted

HADCO's application to convert all public housing units to tenant-based Section 8 was resubmitted to HUD on February 23, 2024. HUD will make a decision on the application within 90 days. Copies of the application are available for review below. 

The AMP1 application covers Drain, Riddle, Roseburg, Winston, and Yoncalla public housing. The AMP2 application covers Reedsport public housing. 

We will announce HUD's decision as soon as we receive it. Keep an eye on the HADCO website news page and your mailbox for more information about the conversion process.
