Annual Plan

HADCO is required to submit an Annual Plan each year to HUD. The Annual Plan identifies HADCO's Section 8 and Public Housing goals for the next year and the capital needs of the Public Housing Program for the next five years. Each summer, HADCO asks residents to participate in the Annual Plan process by forming a Resident Advisory Board known as the RAB. The RAB reviews the Annual Plan and provides their comments on the goals and needs assessment of the Housing Authority.
