Blueridge Apartments, Winston, OR

The  Blueridge Apartments are owned by the Housing Authority of Douglas County, Oregon and managed by Douglas Multi-Family Property Management Company. The Blueridge Apartments is an affordable housing program through the USDA, Rural Development Program, Oregon State Risk Share  Program, and Housing and Urban Development, Project Based Section 8 Program for elderly and/or disabled families.  Families interested in renting at the property must meet the criteria of these programs in order to be eligible for residing in the apartments.

Work Orders

Non Emergency work orders must be submitted in writing to the site manager or via this website. Please remember to include your name, address, phone number, a detailed description of your request or concern, the best time for the repair and please specify if we have permission to enter (if you are not home). Work order forms are also in the laundry rooms for your convenience.
