Gateway Village is affordable housing located in the heart of Drain, OR within walking distance of many other amenities such as the post office, markets, and a bank. Gateway partners with the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, to provide safe and sanitary housing to households eligible for the program. Key eligibility requirements include household incomes within Rural Development along with eligibility items outlined in the tenant selection criteria.
