Resident Advisory Board

The Housing Authority of Douglas County's Resident Advisory Board (RAB) has been active and engaged in providing our organization a valuable resource since approximately 2005 . HADCO's RAB consists of participants from our Low Rent Public Housing and Section 8 voucher programs. The RAB plays in important role in developing annual plans required by HUD and reviewing HADCO policy and procedure.

Some of the RAB's current work includes electric vehicle opportunity outreach.  HADCO is partnering with Umpqua Transportation Electrification Team to bring opportunities for electric vehicles (cars, bicycles, scooter, etc) to our tenants and program participants. . HADCO wants to  ensure opportunities for our program participants are not missed.

To share any ideas for annual plans, policy changes or to contact the Resident Advisory Board please send communications to hadcorab [at]

*The RAB is not intended to replace contact with staff regarding compliance concerns or complaints.
