Orchard Knoll Apartments, Roseburg, OR

Orchard Knoll is owned by The Housing Authority of Douglas County, Oregon (HADCO) and managed by Douglas Multi-Family Property Management Corporation (DMPM).  Orchard Knoll is Alcohol and Drug Free transitional housing that must comply with the State of Oregon Tax Credit Program, Enhanced Lease Agreement with the Department of Veterans Affairs and Oregon State Law regarding Alcohol and Drug Free housing.

Orchard Knoll gives preference to Veterans. Eligible applicants sign a six month lease agreement.  Veterans may request up to three extensions for a maximum residency of two years.

Non Emergency work orders must be submitted in writing to the site manager. Please remember to include your name, address, phone number, a detailed description of your request or concern, the best time for the repair and please specify if we have permission to enter (if you are not home). Work order forms are available at the front office.

Emergency work orders may be requested by contacting Maintenance Technician, Larry DeMuth at 541-391-3471.

The Douglas Multi-Family Property Management Corporation administrative office is located in the same building as the Housing Authority of Douglas County, Oregon at 1000 W. Stanton Street, Roseburg, OR 97471.
