The first location is one bedroom units along Winchester Ave and the other is two through four bedroom units located along Juniper Street. There are washer/dryer hook ups, a range and refrigerator and the water, sewer and garbage are paid by HADCO.  The electricity through Central Lincoln PUD is the responsibility of the renter.
