HADCO has been serving Douglas County residents since 1944 in promoting equal housing.
Our Mission Statement
The Housing Authority of Douglas County is committed to provide the opportunity for affordable housing that is safe, decent, and sanitary and free from discrimination, We are also committed to fulfilling this mission with respect, dignity and compassion for all persons involved.
HADCO has 5 community members that serve on the Board of Commisioners. HADCO staff consists of an Executive Director , a Finance Director, 5 Managers, 11 Maintenance technicians, 6 Site managers, 2 Accounting Technicians, 2 Section 8 Representatives, 1 Family Self-sufficiency Coordinator, 1 Inspector, 1 Office Assistant, a community Resource coordinator and 1 Home Ownership Coordinator.
