LEP Customer Survey
HADCO endeavors to ensure all of our clients are satisfied with the level of service we are providing both through our web site and in person at any of our properties or offices. Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee is reviewing our current Limited English Proficiency plan through our Equity Lens, specifically the following elements:
"Engage Multiple Perspectives", which challenges us to:
- Intentionally engage multiple perspectives
- Engage the communities that would be impacted by our policies, decisions, or practices.
"Communicate", which challenges us to consider:
- How and when will our process be communicated?
- How and when will our decisions, policies and practices be communicated?
- How will HADCO ensure communication takes place in an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and responsible manner?
We would appreciate you taking the time to answer the following questions and/or provide additional comments so we can improve our services. Comments on our LEP Plan are open for 60 days. Please submit your comments by 5 pm on May 18, 2021. You may submit comments or questions more than once, but staff appreciates those that bundle their submissions together.

Se está llevando a cabo una versión en español del plan de competencia limitada en inglés (LEP). Envíe una copia de solicitud a través de nuestro formulario de encuesta a continuación y una vez completada la traducción, se le enviará una copia. No hay límite de tiempo para solicitar su copia del LEP.
