eBike Program Registration

Registration for the HADCO eBike Lending Library program takes three steps:

  1. Register for the program
  2. Sign the Rental Agreement And Liability Waiver
  3. Attend an orientation meeting

IMPORTANTHADCO does not provide liability insurance for participants in the eBike Lending Library program. Participants are encouraged to check with their renter’s insurance carrier to determine if they will be covered for loss or damage to the eBike, damage to personal property, or injury. HADCO will not ask a participant for their insurance information as part of the registration process.

REGISTRATION: Eligible HADCO residents who want to participate in the HADCO eBike Lending Library program must register for the program, agree to the program terms and conditions, and attend an eBike orientation meeting. To be eligible, the resident must be at least 18 years old and the household must be in good standing with their rental agreement. Eligible HADCO residents do not have to live in Roseburg area to participate.

Each eligible resident must complete their own registration process. HADCO residents may register for the eBike Lending Library online or in person at the HADCO Administrative offices or the Vine Street Apartments office. (The registration form is available at the bottom of the page to download and print.)

Online Registration Form

Once a registration form is received, eBike program staff will check the Resident Eligibility List to ensure the tenant is eligible. If a resident is ineligible, eBike program staff will call or email the tenant to inform them of their ineligibility. Tenants should be directed to their property manager for details about their ineligibility and/or information about how to reestablish eligibility.

AGREEMENT: After a resident is determined eligible for the program, they must sign a copy of the Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver to indicate they understand and acknowledge the program policies. A copy of the HADCO eBike Lending Library Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver is posted at the bottom of the page if residents wish to review it before completing the registration process.

Tenants who register in person may sign the Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver at the same time. However, their registration is subject to an eligibility review before they can be scheduled for an orientation meeting. The eBike program staff will send the Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver via Adobe Sign to residents who have access to email. If a resident without access to email did not sign the Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver when they registered, eBike program staff will mail the form to the resident with a stamped return envelope.

ACCESSIBILITY: HADCO cannot guarantee that all participants who sign up for the program will be able to use the available eBikes. Participants must meet certain height and weight requirements and be physically able to pedal and steer the eBike safely. Any accessibility issues should be identified during the orientation meeting test ride.
